Before you ask
How long does delivery take?
Inside Kathmandu and Lalitpur, usually the next working day. Elsewhere in Nepal, two to four days depending on the courier.
What does delivery cost?
Free over the threshold shown at the top of the site. Below that it is a flat NPR 150 inside the valley.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery, or eSewa and Khalti when we confirm the order. You are never asked for card details on this site.
Can I return something?
Yes, within seven days, unused and in its packaging. Tell us first so we can arrange collection.
Something arrived damaged.
Photograph it and message us the same day. We replace or refund without asking you to post it back.
Do you deliver outside Nepal?
Not currently. Write to us if you would like to be told when that changes.
